Government of Ontario speeds up redevelopment of Bowmanville Hospital

Bowmanville, ON – MPP David Piccini, MPP Coe, Mayor Foster, and the Lakeridge Health Board of Trustees announced today that the redevelopment of Lakeridge Health’s Bowmanville Hospital is moving to Stage 2 of the planning process and one step closer to completion.

“We’re moving on the redevelopment of the Bowmanville Hospital, and I thank the board, staff, volunteers and everyone who has made this announcement possible,” said David Piccini, MPP for Northumberland-Peterborough South. “This announcement today means we’re getting shovels in the ground faster, so that our community has access to the best quality of patient care possible.”
